FOR THE GYM GUYS THIS PIECE IS FOR YOU

 



To know what the reason you're in the gym the common reasons for going to the gym are ;
         1.To build up muscles.
         2.Just for fitness AKA to maintain your weight.
         3.To reduce your current weight.

Today ill focus on body builders and next time ill do piece on the fitness people. So lets dive in.


If you're planning to be a body builder there some basics id like you to know;
1.muscles require protein to prevent them from tearing or lessen he damage if          you're a gymholic. Therefore protein before exercise is a wise idea.
2.Energy will be provided by the carbs you'll take.The more the intake of carbs the more fuel you'll have when working out.
3.you'll need food that will quickly boost muscle growth and recovery.


NB; I'VE FORMULATED THE BEST COMBINATION OF FOOD/SNACK WITH EASY TO FIND INGREDIENTS THAT WILL DO ALL THE ABOVE.

WHY PROTEIN;
1.To maintain and increase muscle.
2.Reduce damage if you're an intense gymholic.
3.Provides you with ready supply of amino acids which build your muscles.

WHY CARBS; 
1.Carbs fuel your work out.If you have a Lamborghini you'll need a lot of fuel sooo... if you want Dwayne's (the rock) kind body...you get the picture also note too much carbs is not perfect because you'll end up with all that energy.Even a 5min workout needs carbs

FATS; 
Fat only gives you nutrients


WHAT THEN SHOULD YOU TAKE BEFORE WORKOUT;

For men; 1 boiled egg
                 3 slices of brown bread apply peanut butter on the                                slices.
                 1 banana won't kill.


         THE BEST DIET FOR BODYBUILDERS IS;
2 BOILED EGGS 
3 SLICES OF BROWN BREAD WITH PEANUT BUTTER APPLIED 
1 BANANA
                                                OR
A cup of chocolate milk,cudbury will do the trick.
1 boiled egg
1 banana

Note water is nature's perfect balance of calories take as much as possible.



DON'T TAKE A LOT OF FATTY FOODS BEFORE WORKOUT UNLESS VOMITING IS YOUR GOAL.
